All of our drivers participate in our FTA-compliant alcohol and substance abuse program.

Our drivers will maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor and will be knowledgeable about the Ann Arbor area.  Customer feedback is consistently relayed to our drivers in an appropriate manner.
